The Chapter 1 Practice Test is scheduled for Thursday.  Make sure you prepare the five paragraph essay outline for the following essay question and bring the outline to class on Thursday.

Justify this statement: Great Britain has influenced the development of Canadian law more than any other country.

The test consists of 15 True/False style questions, 15 Multiple Choice questtions, 20 Fill in the blank style questions and 10 Matching questions.  These are in addition to your essay.

Make sure you complete the Chapter 1 Interactive Quiz.

Activity Package 1.8 and Test Preparation is due on Wednesday.  You will be given class time on Tuesday in order to complete. The readings can be found by clicking here.

You are to develop a 10 questions poll based on the Discussion Guide provided by the Task Force on Marijuana Legalization and Regulation.  Before publishing the poll you may wish to indicate to your followers that the poll is being conducted as part of a project for your Law 12 class at Sutherland Secondary and is being authorized by your Law 12 teacher.  Make sure your question are directed to the issues identified by the Task Force so that by the end of October you can make a reasoned submission to the Task Force.
