There will be a quiz in class on Thursday based on the readings entitled Origins of the RCMP and the website Northwest Mounted Police: A Tradition in Scarlet.  If you prepare a set of study notes you may use them during the quiz.  The Chapter 5 Test is scheduled for Monday May 13.  Bonus marks will be assigned to students who prepare a set of study notes.  These notes are to be brought to class but may not be used during the test.  The Essay Questions for the Chapter 5 Test can be found by clicking here. and the essay outline form is available by clicking here.  In order write the essay during the test you must bring a completed outline to class.
