I will accept no excuses for absenteeism.  The essay question reads as follows:  Argue for or against the following proposition: "Rights and freedoms should not be sacrificed in the name of national security." Where relevant, reference the history of human rights legislation.  You may bring an outline for your essay to the exam session.
