Part V, the report of Bison, is due on Monday November and must be submitted electronically through my Dropittome site.  Marks cut off day is Friday November 4.  No missing assignments for Term 1 will be accepted for marking after that date.

The Chapter 3 Test will be on Tuesday of next week. That is Tuesday October 25.  The format for the test will be exactly the same.  I expect a number of students to substantially increase the time spent on preparing for the test.  A large number of people had Chapter 2 Test results that were less than impressive.

Socials 10 Period 2 will be provided with and additional 20 minutes of class time in order to complete the Chapter 2 Test essay question.  This class was short changed writing time because of earthquake/firedrill.

It is closed book but students may bring a set of exam notes (separate to study notes already completed.) You may refer to these notes during the test and you will receive a 5% lift on your overall test result

No PowerPoints will be uploaded or evaluated if they arrive after 3pm. Activity Package 2.7 should be completed for Friday. Chapter 2 test (closed book in class) will be on Wednesday.

View the first 15 minutes of World History: The Industrial Revolution.  Complete the readings of Chapter 2.2 Readings.  Complete Activity Package 2.2 Parts I, II and III. This includes taking study notes for Part 1.
