The Chapter 2 Test will be on Monday March 28. In order to prepare for the test you need to complete Activity Package 2.4.
You will also need to prepare a Five Paragraph Essay Outline Sheet for one of the Chapter 2 Essay Questions.

Activity Package 2.3 Part 4 needs to be completed. You should use the Dictionary of Canadian Biography Online and the Canadian Encyclopedia Online to conduct your research into these five "Fathers of Confederation." When complete take a look at the PowerPoint entitled "The Changing Face of Canada."
The 20 questions from "Building Our Nation" need to be emailed to me over the weekend if you have not yet turned them in.

No homework has been assigned for the weekend. Students with incomplete assignments should use the time to get caught up. Reminder that PowerPoint presentations still need to be uploaded to our class blog. Some people still need to do their assessments of presentations already uploaded. Students who were absent for today's Chapter 2 Test will need to bring a signed note explaining their absence in order to write the test on Monday. No note, no test, no mark.

Students from Blocks 1 and 2 need to complete the 20 question assignment from Confederation for Kids.

The Chapter 2 Test is scheduled for Friday. This test will be closed book. Student's absent on Friday will score zero on the test unless they provide a note signed by their parent. In preparation for the test Activity Package 2.7 should be completed. In addition you should complete the Chapter 2 Interactive Quiz. A number of students, especially Liam, have a large number of missing assignments and these need to be caught up.
